GRS2000 series features ultra-high rotational speed and shear rate, which are crucial for obtaining ultra-fine suspensions. According to specific industry requirements, the GRS2000 series can achieve a shear rate of up to 18,000 rpm, with a rotor speed of 44 m/s. Within this speed range, the turbulence generated by shear forces, combined with a specially developed motor, enables particle sizes as small as the nanometer level, resulting in stronger shear forces and a narrower particle size distribution. Due to its high energy density*, no additional auxiliary dispersion equipment is required.

Ultra-high-speed dispersion efficiently, rapidly, and uniformly integrates one or more phases (liquid, solid) into another immiscible continuous phase (typically liquid). When the fineness of one or more materials reaches the micron or even nanometer scale, the system can be considered homogeneous. When external energy is input, the two materials reorganize into a uniform phase. The high-shear homogenizer, due to the high tangential speed and high-frequency mechanical effects generated by the rotor's high-speed rotation, imparts strong kinetic energy, subjecting the material to intense mechanical and hydraulic shear, centrifugal extrusion, fluid layer friction, impact tearing, and turbulence within the narrow gap between the stator and rotor. This process forms suspensions (solid/liquid), emulsions (liquid/liquid), and foams (gas/liquid). The high-shear homogenizer enables the instantaneous, uniform, and fine dispersion and emulsification of immiscible solid, liquid, and gas phases under the combined action of appropriate processes and additives. Through repeated cycles in the high-frequency in-line high-shear dispersing homogenizing emulsifier, a stable, high-quality product is ultimately achieved.
